Taking the temperature of animals has never been easier than with the Pet-Temp Instant Animal Ear Thermometer. Accurately, cleanly, and easily reads infrared heat waves emitted by the eardrum and records temperature in one second! Great alternative to rectal thermometers. Built-in lithium battery lasts up to five years. Comes with a convenient canvas carrying case and 25 sterile and disposable lens covers. May be safely used with all companion animals (dog, cat, rabbit, ferret, guinea pig, chinchilla, etc.). Automatically shuts off when not in use.

Measures 5 1/4" when closed and opens to 7 1/4".

One-year warranty against defects in parts or workmanship.

When there is enough battery power for about 50 readings left, the low battery symbol will flash on the display. When the battery is depleted, the symbol will stay on continuously and the thermometer will not work. If this happens, call Advanced Monitors customer support line at 1-877-738-8367.
