Use KMR Milk Replacer for hand-feeding orphaned and rejected kittens. Contains three highly digestible sources of protein. Great food supplement for dogs during lactation and pregnancy. Milk Replacer is also available in powder form - see item BO322).

For orphaned kittens, they may be fed the daily rate of 2 tbsp per 4 oz (1/4 lb) body weight. The daily feeding rate should be divided into equal portions for each feeding. Weigh the kitten 3 times a week to assure adequate feeding. As a food supplement, mix the liquid into the daily ration at the rate of 1 tbsp per 5 lbs body weight. For pregnant and lactating queens, mix the liquid into the daily ration at the rate of 2 tbsp per 5 lbs body weight until 2 weeks after queening.

Unopened product has a shelf life of two years from date of manufacture. Once opened, it will last 72 hours in a refrigerator. It may be frozen (ice cube trays are recommended) for up to 6 weeks. Milk may darken (as much as to the color of frozen cola). This does not harm the milk. It will lighten when thawed.
